Friday, 10/28 from 9am to 9pm

On Saturday, it all comes down.

The Well | Passion, Promise, Presence

The Well is a self-guided sacred space prayer experience at Living Word Community Church. It's been up for one week and continues this week, concluding on Friday at 9pm. Above is the schedule, the times vary a bit each day.

It's a beautiful space taking us into the Easter Story - but it's a broader look at that famous event. Click here for a video tour of this installation. Prayer guides are available to enhance your experience. Bring your bible and plan to be at The Well for 60 minutes or more. It's not a space you'll want to rush through. You escape the rush of life and enter The Well.

Update on The Well

Hello friends!

I want to give you a little update about The Well.

Sadly, there won't be an installation for the Lenten/Easter season. We are planning on one for the summer-time and one in the fall for this year. In 2016, we'll have three installations.

There are some big changes happening with The Well!

First, it's under new leadership - Pastor Brian is now overseeing and leading this sacred space instead of the Infused Arts Team. You may or may not notice any changes there. The Infused Arts team will still be creating the visual aspects of The Well and creating the overall atmosphere of the space.

Secondly, it's being moved from the Life Center to room 350, in the Kid::Life area. It's a much smaller space so the feel will be quite different, however, it's a more intimate setting. A benefit of this move is that The Well will be up for two weeks instead of only 5 days. That's a big YAY!

We have our first planning meeting on Sunday, 3/29 after church so I'll have more for you then - please hold this project in your prayers as we move forward under these new changes!! I'm certain The Well will continue to be a space saturated by the Holy Spirit's presence and you will encounter Jesus at The Well.

The Well, Living Word’s sacred space experience,

is designed to provide you with a meaningful, prayerful,

and Presence-filled environment that allows you to

hear God’s voice and respond to Him in love.

 

There are nine stations that are designed to be

experienced in order. A prayer booklet is available and is meant to be a

working guide, providing the context for each station

and questions to help you engage with the experience.

A Sacred Space is an experience created for you to be intentional about your relationship with God. The Life Center room at LWCC will be transformed into a beautiful space featuring many different artistic elements that will pull you deeper into the heart of Jesus.

The Well is designed to provide you with a restful, prayerful, and Presence-filled environment that allows you to hear God’s voice and respond to Him in love.

Dates: January 9-11, April 10-12, July 10-12, October 9-11, 2014
Time: Thursday & Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Living Word Community Church, Room 160 - the Life Center

The Well is geared for adults and kids age 12 years and older. Bring your journal and give yourself about an hour to spend with Jesus at The Well. To get the most out of your experience, please click here to read more about what to expect.
